    Company Overview

    Agriseed, a member of the Novalliance Group, is a reputable organization operating in Ghana with a strong focus on sustainable agribusiness development. We are currently recruiting a qualified and experienced Administrative and Finance Manager to support our operations in Accra.


    Job Purpose

    The Administrative and Finance Manager will oversee the company’s administrative, financial, and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, financial regulations, and reporting deadlines. The role involves close collaboration with management, internal teams, and external partners to support the smooth running of company operations.


    Key Responsibilities / Assignments

    • Report directly to General Management and the Director of Administration and Finance (Africa)
    • Supervise administrative, financial, and accounting activities of the company
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations
    • Ensure proper execution of cash management and financial procedures
    • Guarantee compliance with financial standards and justify expenditures in line with regulations
    • Plan, coordinate, and control administrative and financial tasks while meeting deadlines
    • Monitor and control expenses in accordance with management directives
    • Prepare budget execution summaries and monthly financial dashboards
    • Produce quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports
    • Ensure the safeguarding of company assets
    • Act as the key liaison with internal and external auditors during audits and internal control missions
    • Coordinate activities across sales outlets and monitor stock levels
    • Support the evaluation of administrative and support staff in collaboration with the HR department
    • Ensure business continuity in the absence of the Managing Director
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director or Director of Administration and Finance (Africa)

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
    • Familiarity with national charts of accounts and general tax regulations
    • Understanding of procedures for awarding public contracts in Ghana
    • Fluency in English; French language skills are a strong advantage
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
    • Strong leadership, integrity, and team management abilities
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Finance and Administrative Manager
      OR
    • At least 10 years of experience as an Accountant

    Educational Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
    • A Chartered Accounting certification is a strong advantage
