ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing & Sales Officer will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and executing digital marketing and sales strategies across multiple companies under Ambe Brown Group, including media/branding agencies and health-focused organizations.
The role requires a creative, analytical, and results-driven professional who can grow brand visibility, attract clients, generate leads, and support revenue growth, while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards, especially in healthcare communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Management
Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages for all AB Group companies
Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts (text, images, videos, reels, carousels)
Maintain consistent brand tone, identity, and messaging for each company
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, responding promptly and professionally
2. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
Design and manage paid social media adverts (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Identify target audiences and optimize ads for client acquisition and conversions
Track ad performance and adjust campaigns for better ROI
Generate leads and inquiries for:
Media & branding services (Nexaura Agency)
Medical consultancy and training services (Ambe Brown Medical Consultancy, HealthFlux)
Nonprofit campaigns and fundraising (Healthflux)
3. Sales & Business Support
Convert social media inquiries into qualified leads
Support proposal pitching, client follow-ups, and basic sales conversations
Maintain a simple lead tracking and reporting system
Collaborate with management to align marketing with business goals
4. Content Strategy & Brand Growth
Develop campaign ideas for launches, events, trainings, outreaches, and projects
Work with designers, videographers, and developers where needed
Suggest creative approaches to grow reach, engagement, and brand authority
Ensure sensitive and ethical handling of health-related content
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on:
Page growth
Engagement rates
Leads generated
Ad spend vs results
Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience in:
Marketing
Communications
Digital Media
Business, or a related field
Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages
Experience running paid social media adverts
Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion
Ability to write clear, persuasive, and professional content
Comfortable working across multiple brands and industries

Strong creativity and attention to detail
Good understanding of branding and audience targeting
Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools – an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE IN HEALTH SECTOR (ADVANTAGE)
Prior experience working with:
