The Country Managing Partner is the senior-most executive responsible for leading Tradeline Consult’s operations, growth, and strategic positioning within the country. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, governance, and people management to ensure profitability, brand strength, and full compliance with local regulations, while aligning with the firm’s global vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Lead the development and execution of the country business strategy in alignment with Tradeline Consult’s global objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and sustained profitability across all service lines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market entry initiatives.
Business Development & Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, regulators, and strategic partners.
- Lead high-level negotiations, contract approvals, and critical client engagements.
- Represent Tradeline Consult at industry forums, conferences, and public engagements.
Operations & Performance Management
- Oversee day-to-day country operations to ensure operational efficiency, quality service delivery, and financial discipline.
- Set performance targets, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for teams and business units.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on financial performance, risks, and operational outcomes to the Board.
Financial & Risk Oversight
- Provide oversight on budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and overall profitability.
- Ensure robust risk management, internal controls, and compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Approve major expenditures and investments within delegated authority levels.
People & Culture Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and high-performing teams.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, professional standards, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Uphold Tradeline Consult’s values, ethics, and brand reputation across all operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional qualification (MBA, ACCA, ICAG, CFA, PMP, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or partnership role.
- Proven track record in business growth, client acquisition, and profit & loss management.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or advisory firms is highly preferred.
