Job description:
CFAO Mobility Ghana Plc is looking to onboard a young, talented graduate to join our Accounts Team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate who has completed National Service and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The successful candidate will support the finance function through day-to-day accounting activities while contributing to the organisation’s broader goals. This role offers hands-on exposure, learning opportunities, and the chance to build a strong foundation for a career in finance within a dynamic and reputable organisation.
Profil request:
The successful candidate will be responsible in carrying out the following duties;
- Posting all internal account transactions into the various General Ledgers
- Filing and archiving all accounts documents and retrieve when needed
- Posting bank, internal accounts and any other entries that may be assigned
- Assisting in posting local and foreign supplier payments
- Carrying out manual and electronic cheque processing
- Calling and ensuring. dispatch of cheques and documents to suppliers
- Ensuring due process is followed before all cheques are issued to suppliers
- Assisting in preparing Capstone, SFCE and other group supplier payments
- Covering for Cashier, Account Officers in their absence
- Performing any other duties assigned to you by the company
